What should I do if I feel my contribution was too valuable to be ignored?
Is it a good idea to show the value of my contributions and ask them to reconsider?
Some info about me : (I am from engineering and research background with 10+ years of experience, working in VR/AR/XR field in the R&D department of a large Company)
I recently read an article about how the tech companies are using psychology to get us addicted to using their platforms. I think that I too have fallen prey to these techniques. I want to reduce the time I spent on Internet but at the same time do not want to let go of the benefits that internet provides. Any suggestion would be helpful.
I want to reduce the screen time (the time that I spend on laptop/ipad/mobiles). Any suggestion would be really helpful. My main purpose for doing this is to improve the quality of life. I feel that too much screen time has a significant impact (most of it negative) of many aspects of life.
What area's of your life has had the biggest impact due to meditation? What type of meditation you do? How frequently and how much duration? Comparison between daily practice vs long duration retreats?
I sometimes find myself obsessively reading articles on Internet. I also see a lot of people who are addicted to Internet, binge watching Videos, Gaming, social networks, etc.
