Every person I've come across always has one book that sits at the top of their book list that they would recommend to everyone. For me, it's "How to win friends & influence people" by Dale Carnegie. What's your book?

I understand many recruiting firms (tech) take 20-30% from a successful candidate's starting salary.

How do they make sure the employer discloses that the candidate was hired and their salary?

What if multiple firms are reaching out to the same candidate for the same employer? I know I've received duplicate job offers from different sourcers on linkedin.

I see a lot of projects closing down due to lack of time/funds. Why don't more projects take sponsors and display a banner on their readme page.
