I’m looking for an online tool that could regularly fetch data from a given URL (it’s an API returning JSON) and notify me by email when it detects a significant change. The data usually fall into regular patterns depending on the day of the week or hour of the day. I want the tool to let me know when these patterns are disturbed. For example I want to be notified when today's values are more than 20% higher than a week before.

Is there any cloud service that offers live TV streaming? I'm trying to find a provider that would enable me to receive many TV channels simultaneously and analyze their content in my code. I'm especially interested in TV channels from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

So far I've found many free online TV streamings. Most of them are probably illegal and I'm afraid that they may disappear at any moment. Another drawback is that they are in various formats and protocols. I'm looking for a robust solution that would deliver all channels in a unified way.
