All discussions about putting more resources to improve the quality of the product were shutdown by showing either Power Point presentations or emails from our customers mentioning how happy they are with the product.
what i have noted so far are:
read the documentation of the used stack.
take notes about what can be improved.
try to improve the solution.
try to anticipate solutions to some problems they may ask, for example what if we need to scale this to double or triple the users...
prepare some questions about their stack.
