I googled this and see theories as to how to stop hurricanes -- decrease water temperature under eye of storm, send supersonic jets in to revolve and cause hot air to rise, lasers, etc. -- anyone have a simple reason why these haven't been tried or are absolutely crazy?

A follow up: so how can we stop hurricanes?

A few months ago, a VC firm announced that they were going to allow a certain amount of pitches per month which only required an MVP. Does anyone know which one? Thanks!

Doing this for a class project and need to write up a comprehensive case study. All problems I can think of have solutions that have been already announced or launched.
