I am a Hacker News member since many years now. I admit that I am not a very active one and very few times I have interacted with the community. But I believe there are many like me and still they have tasted more success than me.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a better time to post on Hacker News? Should I do something else after posting it on Hacker News for e.g. ask some member to review it, etc.? What am I missing?
"Please review your current onboarding (what do users experience during their first time inside your product and in the first week, including emails) and assess how much is about WHY vs. HOW."

I would really appreciate if HNers can help me improve it further. Here is a link to review it.

Further if you can tell me.
Are my users leaving because they can’t figure it out or because they don’t care to?
Thank YOU :)
We are a 12-year old software consulting company. We help startups build software products. And now we are in process of launching our own products.
We have launched a product couple of months back and are in process of launching another one very soon.
I wanted to know if we should have a separate product company to manage these 2 products or should we keep them under the same company as it has a stronger goodwill in the market.
Anybody, who has done this before? Would love to hear pros and cons of both the approaches.
My questions are
1. Why do people comment on an article? 2. Why do they invest time in doing something, which they may not be able to retrieve later on?
