Unfortunately this startup didn't come to success, but it gave us an experience of building and launching online services. Also a chance to learn on founders' mistakes.
One by one we started freelancing and each achieved some success there. But freelance has a very low limit of possibilities. Most of projects are short-term and pointless — definitely not the best place to apply our skills.
Recently we decided to combine efforts under own brand. For now, most of projects still comes from our accounts with nice stats on Upwork. We successfully launched several services together. But that's evidently not enough because clients usually comes on Upwork to find (cheap) individuals, not a high-end team.
So, there is an experienced team of developers, which can quickly build and launch reliable online services using bleeding edge stack.
What is a right way to find clients?
