My company want to introduce AI for automated decision making on insurance claims. They are asking me to make sure that any tool that we use is traceable and algorithms can be explained in case of a review/audit and to have strong governance practices in place. I am leaning towards using Natural Language Processing and intend to stay away from LLM due to their limitations with auditing etc. Any suggestions from HN?
What tool do you use to share/exchange personal and confidential files with outside organizations ? Size of the files can be large in many GBs. Security is the main concern. Tool should be web based.
I think low code's selling point is to be able to do coding without coding knowledge as they call it "Citizen Developers". On the other hand,Github Copilot, they are selling as Your AI pair programmer and the expectation is that you have the programming knowledge. How would the future look like for low code platforms?
I work for a non-profit company that has almost 1000 employees and strict security policies. We need an HR solution that can be installed and run on our own network, instead of using a cloud-based service. I searched online, but I couldn’t find a definitive list of such solutions. So I want to ask the hacker news community if they have any experience with on-premise HR software that is easy to manage. We are looking for features like recruitment, talent, time reporting, and career management. How do these solutions compare to the popular cloud offerings like ceridian, workday, etc?
I work for a non profit company with almost 1000 people with some strict security policies and we are looking into a on-prem HR solution that can be deployed on company's network. A google search returns a lot of options but it is not easy to find a conclusive list. So I ask the hacker news crowd if they have used a HR solution that can be deployed on prem and is simple to manage? We are looking for features with recruitment, talent, time reporting and career management. Does these solutions match some of the better known cloud offerings like ceridian, workday etc?
