I'm writing a Medium post to try and elegantly describe the problem I've discovered with a certain process and the way I'm going to solve it with my software product (FYI purpose of the Medium post to drive traffic to my landing page when it goes live)

My question is though, how do you know if the problem/solution you're working actually matters to people? Is there any kind of validation system that's worked for you?

My startup is in the crowdfunding phase and we're looking at hiring a freelance growth hacker. If the role is a good fit, perhaps we'll make it a permanent one. My question is; do you employ a growth hacker or have done in the past? Did it work for your product or service?
