I know they aren't in charge of the advertisement and they do it via a third party, but what the hell... What if they show this to a minor? What if a child was learning a language on my phone? :)

I really like to learn creating websites as a one man team, I like to create shops but I want to be able to do more. After some searching I concluded that I have to be a full stack developer (I love the programming flexibility instead of using CMSs). I don't know much about some concepts like mobile-first dev, but I do know HTML, CSS, JS (not ES6), and PHP.

- Is that a must to be a full stack developer in order to create websites without using CMSs and website builders? If not, what should I do?

- What are the approaches and which one do you recommend?

- What kind of stack should I choose and focus on?

- How much can I do on my own? What's the limit?

My father is blind, from the moment he was born, but blindness does not define his ambitions. He has a phone and a desktop, both equipped with screen reader applications (NVDA, JAWS, and Google TTS).

He has almost no problem using desktop apps, he can use certain mobile apps (touch, android), but he has problems using internet on his desktop (using internet in mobile phone is a big pain and of almost no use, if you don't know how disastrous it is...).

So my question is that how blind people can use internet, and what are the best workarounds?

Is there a certain sites that are helping with hot-keys and shortcuts?

How blind programmers/hackers do their job?
