Hi Developers,

I am using OpenAi API for past 6 months and I am building a public platform using OpenAi Api. I tried to calculate by the token that mentioned in the docs, But People Behave Differently for Every Situations and ask different qns to ai in different lengths. So, I have to come up with a budget to use the OpenAi Api Services.

Can you suggest me a way to come up with a budget? I can fix the length of the request to 30 characters. But that will limit the experience.

I am a ReactJs Dev BTW, The platform will use both text and Image services by api provider.

Coming From .NET Core Background, I'm beginner for Javascript Frameworks. I just wanted to know whether to use SQL Server as my database to back my Next.js Project or Can I use any of the existing ORM Services that are provided such as Prisma or Supabase or something?. If so, which is the most widely used ORM for Javascript Frameworks? Help me here please :)
