I know this is a vague question. Right now I feel like a lot is going wrong at my team at work and at the whole company. We're slow at delivering features and the users are not happy about the software.

I feel like this is due to wrong technical decisions. To inefficient project management and maybe inefficient software engineers. I am curious which companies are really good at producing software that people love.

Maybe they publish talks or blogposts and I'd love to read about their development and management processes.

I really want to have deep understanding of operating systems and I found a course which I hope will help me gain that. It’s https://www.ops-class.org. There doesn’t seem to be a active community around it like with some moocs so I’m searching for people who would be interested in participating.
