I'm trying to learn more about rural internet connectivity in the US over time, and was wondering what the best source of data is?

I've seen the Census ACS has been asking about internet subscriptions and types, but only has robust estimates since 2017. Are there any datasets out there that show more historical perspective on this?

I always get trade confirmation emails instantly whereas many apps take a few seconds / a minute to deliver forgot password, authentication code, etc. emails. Would love to be able to incorporate whatever service Robinhood uses into apps I build.

I've seen quite a few PPC optimization products and other tools for Google Ads accounts. How do these apps work?

Haven't been able to find any dev resources about how to build an app that adds a feature to a Google Ads account, but have a few ideas and would love to learn more about how these work. Anybody recommend any resources to learn more?
