Hi HN, I'm a software dev with 10yrs XP. Mostly mobile and gaming.

I'm interested to take the leap and go fully into blockchain/solidity.

I'm looking for some bootcamps, or online learning platform that can guide me towards landing a position as a solidity developer.

I'm actually interested to know any experience from other developers that took a similar leap. What helped you get into so-called web3 development?

I don't think I'm the only one in that position:

I'm a developer and love building stuff. I would love to know how to sell and do marketing, but I'm a bit overwhelmed, there is no "Hello World" tutorial for sales, or so it seems.

How do I learn about sales and marketing? Any book/video/online education I can follow to help me?

I need to get out of the pure "builder" mindset I've had for the past 10 years.

I'm thinking about partnering with a graphic designer, and build ""small" mobile games (hypercasual/casual). Then I will try to find publishers for those games and we do revenue shares.

Anyone doing it over here? Can it be economically viable? From what I heard mid-successful games can already rake in $100k-$300k per month, which would make it an interesting business.

Anyone has experience on this?

What are world-class D1/D7/D30 for mobile apps?

Hard to find data about this metric. If you have data to share, I'm sure a lot of people would find it useful.
