I'm curious, how much disposable income should you have, after things like rent/mortgage, car payment(s), groceries, etc.? I know it's subjective, but what are the general budgeting guidelines?

I haven't been able to find anyone on the Sublime Text forums with this issue, but whenever I hit CTRL+F, the find panel isn't visible. CTRL+H (find & replace) shows properly.

This happens to me (with all my plugins & themes) in Windows, but not in Mac OSX.

Any Sublime Text pros out there experience this issue?
