I am currently looking to move out of my current job and head back to Chicago (where I went to University) or New York (Where I grew up). Currently undecided between moving towards a BA role (currently working as) or a programming role. Any suggestions on good headhunter agencies to reach out too in those areas to help with the job search.

If you have worked with an agency you're recommending, if possible some thoughts regarding your experience working with them.
