I'm 24 years old now and I'm working as a Oracle DBA in a corporation. But I do not want to work as an operation staff for a long time, I want to contribute more to the information systems development of my current organization. Therefore, I want to study about enterprise architecture and information system project management. So, I want to ask two questions: 1. What do I need to become an enterprise architecture (hard and soft skills need to develop, experience need to gain). Which courses do I need to participate? Some recommended books I need to study.
2. Can I become an Information systems project manager? If yes, what do I need to learn and gain?
