I have started to really enjoy learning new things and i am the kind of person who learns by someone teaching. One of the more interesting ways i have learnt things is by pair programming. Is there any system that lets developers join up to discuss and learn new things through the principle of pair programming?

We are in the process of writing a build and deployment system for internal use. I want to put in some really nice reports and display for management. Any suggestions on the best route to follow?

I cannot concentrate on one thing for too long. For instance: I was busy doing an iOS self study course , then jumped to an asp.net MVC course and now i am writing this question to HN.

ANY suggestions on how to focus on one thing at a time? I keep getting frustrated with my self due to the fact that nothing ever gets done. Thanks
