Do startups usually build their own chat services into their apps?

If not, what chat services are there that most startups build into their apps?

Since Binance being the worlds biggest exchange for cryptocurrencies is now under investigation from almost every regulator worldwide it got me thinking about all 'crypto' industry as a whole.

I've also seen many crypto detractors call for them to be banned, shut down, due to scams, ransomware, fraud, pump & dump schemes, etc.

Is it possible to completely ban or destroy cryptocurrencies completely?

I'm not talking about the theoretical case. I mean practically, is this in any way possible at all?

Preparing to code sign a Windows app, coming from signing Mac apps it's a breeze, Windows not so much.

What is everybody's goto place for code signing a Windows app?

Also have you been able to do this on a Mac as well?
