With AI being all the rage at the moment, I am wondering in what kind of practical ways have you been leveraging AI tooling, and what tools do you find to be most helpful? Thank you!

Most of the employers do not offer feedback after a candidate is rejected, mainly due to "legal concerns". However, most of them are using recruiting tools to manage the process, including notes on interviews, thus, issuing a GDPR-backed data portability request should get you those notes. Did anybody try this? Did it get you the results you were looking for?

Imagine that the code you've written today would be running on a critical life support system. Would it work flawlessly or hit a "setOxigenLevel is undefined" error and kill you? How much would you trust the code you've written today?

We're a team of about 10 people, doing daily stand-ups, where we provide updates on what we are doing, blockers, problems, etc. basically in line with the Scrum concept of stand-ups.
