I'm getting good response, but the final deal is moving slow in many cases. I suspect there are some unspoken objections. How do i uncover them?

I could find a lot of content on equity component but what is a fair cash component to pay your founding employees.At an early stage where you have raised a seed round, it is difficult to match market salaries. But if you are providing 1% to 2% equity, how much haircut on market salary is a fair expectation
