Our team is growing (heading towards the 30+ headcount) and I am trying to find the right tool for an intranet, as we are opening new offices around the world.

What I want is simply: A directory of people to know who does what, as well as a wiki and simple project management.

Asana and trello are in use, but they don't do the whole wiki/directory part, and we use insightly for our CRM and heavily Google drive/dropbox, which would be nice to integrate. I've poked around Jira, Podio & co, but not convinced yet.

I've been discussing with a few people and we were wondering in what way has the YC portfolio changed over the years.

Is there a shift from consumer-facing possible moonshots (Airbnb, etc.) to more "world problem solving" ideas, like genetics, big data, renewable energies... ?

We see a lot on HN about metrics: it is mostly a matter of growing fast and getting traction. This is all focused on consumer startups though: The traction you are getting, are you on your way to hit a million users, do you see a hockey-stick growth rate, etc.

But what about business-to-business startups? I am the CTO of a B2B startup, and for now we are working under the radar, talking to a few businesses and gauging interest to define what our product and service offering needs to look like to be sexy for them.

Are there any common metrics in the B2B world that kind of work?
