We are using Django for our website as well as in the backend. Whenever we want to change some application level config like `connection_timeout`, we had to change the constant in the source code and re-deploy. Deploying takes around 1 hour for us.

What i'm looking for is a key value store framework already built for Django and which provides an UI which we can use to override the config when our applications are running as well.

I'd like to know the experience of engineers who moved away from github to phabricator. Phabricator is really good but it has no third party app support like github. We use circle CI to run all the tests after send a pull request in github. I couldn't find a support for CI in phabricator.

We use Django heavily and we have all the requirements in requirements.txt and we do pip install on it. Lot of times, some requirements are not installed properly and we have to do pip install when we see an error message for particular package.

The issue we are facing is whenever we run `python manage.py migrate` after cloning the repo/pulling the repo, it takes around 30-50 mins.

I'm looking around to know the pattern of problems which multiple startups face today and try to help solving it. It would be nice if you share your top problems and problems which you have faced and solved. EX: How hard it was to hire employees? How hard it is to do sales?

I'm fed up with my monthly chores like paying credit card bills on time, gas, electric, car loans, mortgage all these bills. I miss to pay some time and it affects my credit score.

Do you guys know any trusted startup who provides personal assistant as a service. I don't want them to manage my calendar but pay all my bills and expenses and generate expense report monthly.

I'm ready to pay $50-$100 every month if somebody provides this service. I don't want to have an agent whom i have to call and discuss about this but a trusted app which will do this for me.
