I had a rather cool POC/MVP going when my lfs desk was hacked rather suspiciously and people started showing up at my should have been anonymized location asking for me by my handle which I've never really shared on the street..

Been on the lamb since. Looking for a place to continue the work and a business manager to monetize it while I work on scalability and security.

Soldering ROM

Anyone ever added an additional ROM chip to their motherboard that would be enabled/disabled via a jumper, switch or twisted wires?

Asking for many friends that I haven't met yet.

Seems like as hardware consumers we should be able to circumvent the SPF of a single soldered on firmware bootloader.

Sheesh- seems easy enough to engineer easily removable bootstrap hardware solutions ..
