Hey guys -

What team chat tools are you guys using? Having a strong mobile component is necessary since we all travel a lot! Hipchat is rated quite low/buggy on the App Store... Any others I'm overlooking/missing? Why do you use what you use, and how big is your team?

I'm looking for a non-developer write up or post of the current technology stacks being used and descriptions of using certain languages/libraries over others. It's hard to read and try to understand from a non-developer point of view. Any good articles?

What are some other ways at establishing "market value"? Having used Glassdoor.com, how accurate is this?
