Like fear of being blind or fear of having a mental disorder is that fear enough to actually make the brain mimic symptoms of it?
I want to get into Web development freelancing. How much do you charge starting out and what languages is good to start at in 2015? I'm thinking of going with Javascript or PHP.
I know it's when you do something over and over the brain changes over time with respect to that habit because of how the brain is plastic Is that correct?
I want to try Meditation and compassion and Mindfulness and want to see how this applies for Neuroplasticity and if it'll actually have any long term effect
I'm facing hardship. I have a car to go to school but don't have enough money to pay bills for my apartment, insurance, phone food basically living expenses without a job. And having a job I feel like gets in the way of me programming fully and focusing my degree to excel.
How do I manage this? It's tough being broke and going to school for a CS degree which is tough.
Share some good resources or knowledge to learning more about mind training and buddhism. Books or audio
