This is probably been asked a 100+ times before but it is something I would like to know.

I work full-time in a fairly demanding development position but also have a side project which I'm hoping to evolve more into a startup.

There are a lot of new features and really interesting work to take it to the next level including mobile components. Since I work FT and am unable to quit to work FT on the project I would like to find a development partner who is somewhat equally as passionate.

What are some of the suggested outlets? Most of the people I know and/or work with and have worked with in the past have really no interest in working on something outside of their FT gigs.

I'm looking for a technical partner in helping to add some additional complex features to a site.

Are there any recommended resources for doing this already?

Thanks everyone and thanks for the great feedback. There was a temporary problem with someone trying to ruin the fun for everyone but it was soon rectified.

I started a side project that I would like to have some feedback on? ATM it is just myself developing it but would love to get more help.
