I have an idea for optimizations using a dedicated backend for pytorch. It only applies to eager mode execution. From my understanding, eager mode is used for development and debugging. Are there real production workloads that work in that way ? I assume people optimize by compiling graphs using JIT but then again, people are lazy...

For an internal tool at our company that served a website with register schema of SOC (derived from IPXact XML's) we used an old tool written in perl that was very hard to maintain.

I took it upon myself to contact few software solution companies to rewrite the tool in a modern language and add few features.

All the companies dissmised server side rendering and suggest a server - client scheme based on NodeJS on the server and React / Angular on the client.

After proceeding with one of the companies, the end result was slow, very hard to maintain and every new feature was very highly priced.

We're in a worse situation than we were.

Was is a bad selection of technology for the specific use case ?

My wife receives constantly receives harassment messages in whatsup for couple of months. it seem to originate from different local phone numbers. Once in a while the number is switched, but the content is the same. Looks like all the numbers are from burner phones.

What I tried: * Used Truecaller type apps to identify the person, but no results. * I created a mock website and sent a link to the person behind it, hoping that he will press the link and I could track his IP. but unfortunately he/she didn't press the link.

Anyone has any idea how can I identify the person behinds this ?
