Where do you read it, how much of them are applicable to the real world or interesting? Is it hard to understand?
In my daily job I've never heard people talking about any papers about the software engineering, but recently I've been exposed to a data science/ML community and they are always talking about papers, so I became curious.
Each time I pick up a software engineering book, I need to sit around the table with my code editor opened or at least a notebook to take notes. I wonder if there any books that I can read while I am commuting, for example, but that would still bring some technical knowledge and expertise in the field?
