I'm building an open source podcast app for Android, mostly for learning purpose. Data will come from listennotes.com and the app design and features will be heavily inspired from Spotify because I'm a big fan of Spotify UX. I was wondering if I can add any specific feature to make it more interesting for frequent podcast listeners. Thank you.

I'm building a better version of location based chat app. It's mostly for learning purpose but I also want to figure out if it is something that people may want. There are a lot resources talking about this problem but I want to hear more stories, your thoughts and how would you figure this out.
