I've come to a situation where I can't seem to think of any interesting problem to solve and that's terrible because I know the world is full of problems.

How do you do it?

I'm trying to understand my options and seeing as some options have high rejection rates, trying to understand more.

This is from a business perspective

Is the US a welcoming country overall? What if you more of a blue-colllared worker?

With remote work becoming ever more common, there are a lot of "digital foot prints" that companies can track.

We have Microsoft with their teams' analytics and companies like Worklytics that integrate with your email, calendar and chat.

What's your opinion on this new type of people analytics?

As more companies allow for remote work, it's good to understand what employees actually want and miss.

As everyone got a taste of working remotely, a lot more attention got brought to these types of questions.

In my case, my biggest pains are:

1) Feeling part of the company and engaging with other employees

2) Having to pay for my own benefits (in my company, I need to get them myself)

3) Getting good wifi depending on where I am
