Who has done professional resume review as senior+ level SWE?

I'm looking at levels.fyi service, but want to understand if others have had luck with other services.

After never being locked out of the services of either company, I got locked out of a duplicate Facebook account. Tonight I attempted to reset thet password of a recently created Microsoft account password and got locked out. Coincidence, or data sharing?

Helping a friend to get back into their accidentally deleted g suite account. Standard gmail.com account was merged into the G Suite account.

Message when attempting to recover that account is to contact the domain admin. But as far as she knows, this was the only account (and should have been the admin). Since she can't get into the account, there's no way to contact g suite support as far as we can see.

Basically just want to connect someone on the G Suite support team to my friend who just wanted to recover her account. Can anyone help?
