I'm web developer (mostly BE) with 13 years of professional experience. While I'm trying to keep up with modern tech, I started to notice that lately I feel a bit like a dinosaur: I don't get all this latest hype about blockchains, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc. I hear people build games on top of these technologies and earn a lot of money, but I just don't get it: How, why?

Am I missing out on something big happening? Do you feel the same?

I would like to educate myself more on the topic, and would be nice if you could advise some helpful resources.

My wife is looking into getting a job in IT. One of the roles that she thinks can fit her is a Product Owner (PO). She doesn't have any relevant training and her background is in academia (chemistry), so it's a totally new area. I would love to hear your success stories of becoming a PO. What is your background? What kind of training have you done? Where would you recommend to start from?

Hi! I work at a mid-sized tech company as a Software Engineer. There are, probably, tons of things we can improve in our processes, infrastructure, technologies, etc. But sometimes it's hard to see the place with most impact from within, especially if you are pretty long in the company. That's why I'm looking for some inspiration.

So, how did you improve your company? By that I mean: processes, tech stack, optimization, etc.
